Next after going to get more towels the same gentleman said there wasn't any yet.
next my wife went to take a shower and the shower head was leaking MASSIVELY!!! we immediately called front desk and he did come and replace the shower head before coming to the door and walking in and repeated twice that the room stunk.
which we needed our WHOLE STAY! Then I went to wash my face and hands and the sink would not drain.
